CULVER WITHDRAWS FROM REGIS BUYOUT
Regis
has agrred to terminate its acquisition of Sally Hair & Beauty
from Alberto Culiver. The Alberto Culiver board of directors withdrew
its recommendation os the transaction to its stockholders following
an announcement of a shortfall in earnings by Regis as well as revisions
to its financial forecasts and uncertainty about its fiscal outlook
for 2007. After failing to negotiate a better agreement for its
shareholders in light of the information, the board of directors
made the recommendation. Under the terms of the merger agemen, Alberto
Culver will have to pay Regis a termination fee after taking this
course of action. |

that the first Edimburgh International Fashion Festival was a stylist

ricerca della bellezza e del gusto del bello, attraverso
un programma tecnico stilistico molto intenso.
Momenti di assoluta concentrazione, si sono alternati ad
altri di assoluto svago, per ricercare sempre l'ispirazione
e la giusta dose di energia, necessaria per alimentare estro
e creatività.
